Waiting for the Gun

Two minutes. Waiting.

My heart is ready to burst.

The lanes are naked, clean,

ready to be torn up by cleats

and sweat.

Hundreds of eyes blinking and

staring.

Chatter swarmed into a calm

storm underneath this dome.

Waiting is the hardest part.

The anticipation, building.

Struggling to breathe as I

strategize.

Faster here.

Ease up here.

Go for the…

Concerning adt.amazon.com

I know only of an affiliate program that I joined from hubpages.com. It was quite easy to set up and if you're with adsense hubpages.com also has an easy set up with adsense as well. I've signed on with smashwords.com that I found from reading in trion.com/ from a writer called writinghood. I like smashwords.com because of all the different sites I researched for writing smashwords.com has a big publishing venue, but they have their rules and regs of how to publish too which is 72 pages long… Continue

Trivial Revelation

Any day like today

Yesterday or

Tomorrow.

A lonely long sidewalk

Music

Spearing from ear to ear

The same steps you’ve walked

Your entire life.

Notes building, gentle

Gliding sounds stringing

Your childhood till now

A vision of old images pouring out

In a new way never seen before.

Step, step, step.

Breathe in, breathe out

The heartbreak floating…

Too Good

My beginning: No control.

Outside the window, the cold wind is howling and whipping back forth. Inside, deafening electronic music is pounding while dozens of drunken college kids slam their heads and blow their fists in the air. Steaming red lights beam into the room as half-drunk girls sip from their red cups and drift their eyes across the room, trying to latch on to something. Inside, the walls are cheap, paint chips crumbling and tumbling off. Fifty-something Syracuse…

Writing Online

Hello fellow writers, I've just joined this site and am looking forward to getting to know everyone while trying to build my career. There is so much misinformation out there as to what is needed to be successful that it makes me dizzy.

I haven't found a 'niche' yet. I'm not sure I want one but from…
