Yeah, I was fortunate enough to live there the last 7 years, or I should say in the Carmel area. It is like living in a dream... the beauty of those vistas are unsurpassed. But, I am back in New England now, which certainly has a beauty of its own. I have a ton of photos.. I will post from time to time.

Pardon me, I've been drinking this evening...

Am I crazy or has nobody posted a damn thing about the death of David Foster Wallace? This is perhaps the loss of one of the most prolific writers of our generation and I haven't seen a single word on the fact that he hanged himself last week. I'm freaking depressed -- DFW meant a great deal to me, his writing was an inspiration and without Infinite Jest I don't know that I'd be where I am.

Is anybody out there?
