Th purpose of my book is to reflect the ideas through verses. Feelings and thoughts are different, but also are one and the same. They are like the head and tail of a coin. We react to events with both thoughts and feelings. Feelings are emotions, and sensations, and they are different from thoughts, beliefs, interpretations, and convictions. The purpose of the book is to express emotions. The emotions can’t be permanent like motions. They move that’s why they are called ‘Emotions’. From one to another you continually change.
